Phone number in Headers and Forms save but are incorrect

Hey y'all, I'm having an issue where after I save a phone number anywhere on the page It becomes scrambled into a different phone number. Is anyone else having this issue? It's preventing me from putting contact info onto our company's website. I'm really confused as to what might be happening here. Please help if you have had any similar situation.
