LauraStoker
Site URL: https://elk-grapefruit-pwnk.squarespace.com/ Hello, I'm duplicating all content on my client's website (https://elk-grapefruit-pwnk.squarespace.com/ PW: Luma) so that they can have versions in multiple languages. I can see how to duplicate all page types, including individual Blog Posts, but can't find a way to duplicate an entire Blog Collection. Alternatively, if I were to rebuild the Blog Landing Page, is it possible to move a Post from one Blog Collection to another? Thank you! Link to comment
tuanphan
You will need to do this manually or use plugin. Squarespace haven't support duplicate this. Email me if you have need any help (free, of course.). Answer within 24 hours. Or send to forum message Contact Customer Care - Learn CSS - Buy me a coffee (thank you!) Link to comment
LauraStoker
Hmm I thought that might be the case, thanks for your help. I haven't come across any plugins, do you know of any @tuanphan? Edited May 21, 2022 by LauraStoker Link to comment
creedon
I suggest taking a look at SS's Weglot integration. A much more painful process would be to export the blog. Translate the resultant xml file. Then import the translated file back in, into a new blog page, which can't be done without some painful changes to the previously exported file. Find my contributions useful? Please like, upvote, mark my answer as the best ( solution ), and see my profile. Thanks for your support! I am a Squarespace ( and other technological things ) consultant open for new projects. Yep, it does seem a way to make manual translation more difficult for you and force you to pay Weglot. Link to comment
