Newsletter Block Submissions Not Working

Hello, the newsletter block I have on my contact page doesn’t seem to be working. I’m not receiving any error messages but when I submit using other email addresses I have, they aren’t added to my mailing list and those email addresses don’t receive my subscription automation. I’ve been fiddling with this for a couple of days but I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is. Any help is appreciated.
