Heading padding help

HELLO!

I've edited the heading padding in editor as well as adding this to custom css:

.header-announcement-bar-wrapper {
    padding-top: 0 !important;
}

But there's still uneven padding on the website. It wasn't like this yesterday - anyone know what the issue is?
