Getting help from squarespace?

Squarespace no longer provides support via email and only offers a email button that I can't get to work with even the bare minimum of plugins that make websites readable to my vision disability so how am I supposed to contact support?  Even allowing invasive third party scripts (that shouldn't be required) block functionality that isn;t actually dependent on them but if allowed the form still doesn't load properly.
