Nonprofit Help: Code overriding other code blocks

Hi.

I am not a coder or web builder, so apologies for my naïveté in advance. I am building a donation page on our nonprofit website. I am adding 3 different form codes on three different index sections for different donation types: buy materials, build a home, and sponsor a family. Each time I add new code to a new block it over-rides the other two code blocks on the index page making them all appear the same. However when I look at the code itself it is clearly different. 

It is also creating a repeat of the same block down below itself. You can see here: https://www.nivas-built.org/donate

Template is Brine Sonora 7.0. 

I am first copying the code from Kindful (control C),  deleting the placeholder code in the code block, then replacing by hitting control V.  Just in case my process is causing the issue.

I have talked to Kindful, the creator of the form blocks, and SquareSpace, and neither are able to troubleshoot this. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated since our donation platform is mostly unusable at this point!

Have you followed Kindful's guidance for using multiple donation plugins on the same page? You'll find it within the support document entitled Install the Kindful Donation Plugin on Squarespace.
