Hover navigation doesn't fully load on mobile

Hello!

Will someone help me with this issue please? The hover navigation under my Services doesn't fully load on mobile unless I scroll down a bit. Ive attached a couple of photos, the first image is what it looks like on mobile. The second image is after I've scrolled.
