Setting different button styles and customize spacing

Hi there! Your help is greatly appreciated!
I am wanting to set two buttons side by side each with a different style. 

Below is what I see currently.

Is there a way to custom code each button and reduce the spacing between them?
This will be applied to two other sections on the same page (Commercial Design and Property Strategy).
