Triggering a webhook on page load

Hey all - I think I'm close to being able to figure out what I need to do, just need to be pushed in the right direction:

I'm looking to trigger a webhook (hosted by integromat) on a page load of my site (1 specific page not all the pages) and pass some of the query parameters of the URL to the webhook to then use in my database (done through integromat)

I'm guessing I need to run a script to do this and put this in the custom code section of that page, but I'm not entirely sure what the script would be.

Any suggestions here?
