Link to external pages not working

Hello,

I'm trying to create a link to an external page via the "New Pages" tab.

When I select new > more > link and input the title (for example, Twitch) and the link (https://www.twitch.tv/ragedarling) and click save, the re-direct doesn't work. Instead it shows my error page.

I've even toggled to open in a new tab but that doesn't resolve the issue either.

Does anyone have any idea?

You can't give a external  link a url like one of your pages. It can go on your nav bar however. Just as you posted it https://www.twitch.tv/ragedarling. I tried it on one of my test sites and it worked fine. Just choose new page, link and post the url, give the link a name like Twitch, it shows up on the Nav bar and when clicked goes to that site. This is what you want?
