Edzocate
Hi all, I am starting a tutoring company and will be using the subscription model to bill parents weekly through a recurring payment (Stripe). On the school holidays, parents shouldn't be charged....Can I pause a client's subscription and how do I do that? Thank you! Zoe Link to comment
paul2009
I’m assuming that you are setting up product subscriptions using Squarespace Commerce. Unfortunately you cannot pause subscriptions on Squarespace Commerce yet. If you're using something else, please post back. Edited May 12, 2022 by paul2009 About me: I've been a SQSP User for 18 yrs. Edzocate
Thanks Paul. I am using Acuity scheduling. I have a Stripe integration and I am thinking I can pause the payment on the Stripe end? Do you know if that will work? Link to comment
paul2009
My understanding is that this can cause problems but I recommend you contact Squarespace Customer Care to confirm.
