Product Fundraiser Program

Looking for some advice on how to set up a fundraising option for my for-profit client. I'm building a Squarespace site for a produce wholesale client and they'd like to provide an online hub for sports team and non-profits to sell boxes of produce for their fundraising campaign (i.e. a percentage of sales would go directly to the team or organization)—like how schools fundraise with cookie dough sales, flower bulb sales, wreath sales etc. They'd like a pretty dynamic participant login where teams could track their sales and sell products online. Is this possible within a Squarespace Shop? Has anyone implemented something like this for a client before? Thanks in advance!

It would not be set up on shop page or as a product, rather on a regular page or the donation form feature as embed.
