petee
Site URL: https://yellowtechnology.co.uk/kqlb We have a Freshworks widget on our site (bottom right corner of the link, marked "KQLB Help"). It gets its styling from the widget that is created in Freshworks, then embedded with a code snippet. However, the styling options aren't very comprehensive, so I'm looking to change a few elements via CSS - especially the font, so it can match the rest of our site. I've tried every which way to do this, using classes, ids and even generic div, but I can't seem to get it to change at all. Please help!! Link to comment
