Are there any resources that explain the steps to modify the dynamic fields of the Donation Receipt?

The Donation Receipt email notifications can contain static text but the the dynamic information is limited to the following three fields:

• Donor First Name
• Linked Site Title
• Site Title

These can be inserted using the button on the toolbar:

It is not possible to add other dynamic information to these notifications.
