Related product not showing

Hello all,

Happy Easter first of all.

I enabled my site to show related products on every product's page, and added tags on related products so it knows what to show. However, if you go on my website link the related products block show a white "picture" where the related product image was supposed to be and you have to hover over the products to actually see the product picture. This is quite strange and I don't know how to fix it. Can anybody help?

Squarespace does not provide support in the forum. The people here are users like yourself.

Please see Displaying related products for the ins and out of how related products work. If I had to guess you probably need to set up the first category as directed by the instructions.
