Adding a fixed Shopping Cart icon to the right hand side of website page

Hi.  We have an issue which causes a problem for some of our potential customers (and I think is creating lots of abandoned carts) - after adding to cart customers have difficulty  finding and navigating to the Cart icon as it's in the Header of the page.  This means they have to scroll up to find the Cart icon, which takes time and effort!  Is it possible to create a fixed icon that can be placed on the right hand side of the page - I'm looking for something that will remain on show in the same place while people continue to scroll and explore the website - then it would be so easy for people to navigate to their cart at any time 😊   If it's possible, does anyone know of a plug-in or would this be a matter of adding code?  Thank you.

In case you want to create a fixed cart icon, add this to Design > Custom CSS
