Button Issue/Code injection

Hi Community,

It seems that I have a coding issue  with my button Plus which changes to Weniger if you click on it.

At the moment when I click on Plus I get Weniger and when I click on Weniger I get Weiterlesen as seen on the attached images.

Ideally I would need it to change switch between Plus and Moins.

Any idea how I could fix this?
