Site Styles Issue on 7.0

Hi everyone,

I keep having this issue where, when I click into the Site Editor, the blue boxes don't show up when I hover on the page i.e. the page remains editable. It's really annoying as I have to refresh the page to get it to work.

Have they let 7.0 fall by the wayside? Will there be a native way to move a site from 7.0 or 7.1 any time soon?
