site not getting indexed properly

I have a new site and was trying to figure out why it's not being indexed properly. I submitted a sitemap on April 23. My pages weren't getting indexed so I had some of the pages manually indexed. Google search console has a message for most of my pages saying that they are indexed but not in the sitemap. If I do a search site:relativelygenealogy.com only 2 pages appear to be indexed.

Any suggestions?
