I have changed the blog text, but the change does not appear under the thumbnail photo. Is there a way to change this without going into the CSS?

I was able to change '"13" to "23" in the blog itself. To access the blog, one clicks on a paragraph of text under a thumbnail photo - here, the '13" has not changed to "23." Is there a way to change it without going into the CSS?
