Remove section background image on mobile view

HI there, 

I am wanting to remove a background image on mobile view as the section is copy heavy - and the image gets in the way when viewed on mobile.

The image is in the bottom section of the homepage - Newsletter Archive. Website url is www.shuichuan.com
