Code to move donate button above top navigation

We're building a new site that has a donate button in the header: www.ruralartsvt.org. I'd like to try moving the header button above the main navigation instead of at the end of it, like you see in this site: https://www.nefa.org/.

Add to Design > Custom CSS

Thank you, this did move the button! For some reason, even though I have selected the option to have the button styles be solid, they have not all converted to solid. You can see that the donate button in the header is still the underline style, and some on the site are solid and some are underlined. 

I change the button styles by going into Design>Site Styles>Buttons, but this is no longer changing all my button styles.
