Separate page for sold out products

Hello everyone, 

Curious how you would go about creating a separate page that automatically populates as items sell in your shop. My business only had 1 of each item typically, and I'd like items that sell off the shop page to automatically move to a "sold out" page. This way, people can still have an idea of what we sell, without the clutter of all of the products sitting in the shop page that are unavailable. 

I think you can create a standard page >> Add a Summary Block >> Pull products from Shop Page >> Then use CSS to show sold out product only.

You can do this then share link to page, we can test some code
