Connecting Workshop Product to Studio Management Calendar

I have a museum client who will be selling workshops on their site. They are wondering if there is a way when they set up a workshop to automatically book the location space on an internal calendar to ensure two events are not booked in the same space. Much like how when you set up a meeting in Outlook, you can reserve a meeting room. I'm assuming this will require some 3rd party scheduler platform and link via Zapier or something similar but I have no idea which scheduler would make sense or if this is even possible.
