Mobile Footer Adjustment

@tuanphan Hi, I have a similar question.

I would like to centre the content in the mobile footer and divide Instagram and LinkedIn underneath each other.
The code I have tried worked for the text "Creating unique spaces" but it's not working for the links. Do you have a tip for me here? 

The site is not live yet, so I did not enter the URL above. But – if needed – I can just replace the section ID.
