Bug: we cannot edit the products on browser

hi dear

we cannot edit the products on Desktop browser - tried by safari and chrome. is it the new bug ? can some one know about it ? i tried with 2 PCs but same problem. 

after click on Edit product , nothing happend. 

Yes @christopher.dean, this is a new bug discovered within the last 12 hours.

As discussed, the EDIT PRODUCT button doesn't work on Squarespace 7.0 currently. Squarespace 7.1 has a different Edit Product button and is unaffected)

The most convenient workaround I found was to click MANAGE PRODUCTS and then double-click the product in the left pane.

The "Edit" button (on pc) not working to edit a listing on my website.
Is there a customer service rep that can help via phone? Or by live chat (SECOND CHOICE BY FAR, but acceptable)

Any help would be appreciated.

Folks apparently the issue has cleared. But if you are still having issues. Contact customer support and let us know here.
