Removed menu items in header on desktop and want to remove them on mobile

Hi guys, I want to hide main navigation in header on web version, instead add it in footer. On mobile it shows burger icon with empty menu. Tried hiding it, but it just hides icon (you still can press on hidden icon and menu will open). Is it possible to hide and disable burger icon on mobile completely? Thank you!
