Can I add a coloured backgrounds / cards to the blog list (landing) page?

Hi all,

I'm looking to style the list of posts on the blog list / landing page to add a coloured background behind each post. So I want each post to look like a separate card, rather than lists of text.

Bonus points: I have multiple blogs on the site, and I just want this to be added to one blog list page.
