Custom CSS Code broken after Subscription Renewal

Hi Squarespace hivemind.

Squarespace support have directed me over here to hopefully sort out my situation.

I have recently renewed my subscription, and in doing so, my website images are now longer viewable. You can see on my dashboard that my design is there.

But when I click into my site, this is what I see on the backend.

It must be noted that, literally the moment I renewed my subscription, this occurred. (not sure if this is useful information, but provides context)

I was told my support that SS occasionally updates their platform, and in the process make certain custom code incompatible. Attached is a video from support which apparently shows the problem.

I am absolutely not website savy (this website was made for me, through my own designs). How do I make my images appear, and my website work again?

P.S: Not sure if this is valuable info, but I decided to pick the 'personal' subscription, I have a feeling that my usual subscription is the next one up as I decided to 'cheap out' on the cost.

Thanks to anyone in advance.

Your site has stopped working because it contains custom code, and the Personal Plan does not support code. You’ll need to return to the Business Plan (or above) for this to work. You can upgrade within ‘Billing’.
