Auto fill form with member area info

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to make a Squarespace form auto populate with info pulled from the logged in members account?

For example, I have a basic form with name and email, and I want to add some JS to the page that will auto fill the logged in user's name and email address into the form when the page loads.
