While the orders show up correctly on a desktop or the website, when she checks it on her app sometimes the orders are wrong. For example, she has a blanket that comes in 'pastel' and 'neutral' but when someone orders a neutral, the picture shown is the pastel. Or, sometimes the description will not show up of what color they chose at all. Has anyone else experienced similar glitches through the app, and is there anything I can do to help her with these issues? Link to comment

Check she is using the current up-to-date version of the App and, if she is, the issue can be reported to Customer Care using the Help option within the App About me: I've been a SQSP User for 18 yrs.
