How to add text over a slideshow:reel gallery in 7.1?

Hi, I need help adding text over a slideshow:reel gallery, please. I need the text to move with the images in the slideshow.

Can you share your site with the protected password and attach some screenshots of what you want to achieve?

The first image is what I currently have, a slideshow:reel and the second images are what I'd like to achieve. Ideally, a button with each person's name that clicks through to another page. Or, if that isn't possible, a banner that appears when you hover with their names. Thank you

I think this is possible. First you need to enable Reel Caption, next add some caption (they will appear under image), then share url. We can move it over image + give overlay
