Added a line of code and my custom CSS stopped working

HELP? Today, I added a line of code and all of my custom css stopped working. I warn you my code is not beautiful, but it has been working just fine. This has happened before, but I usually found a parsing error related to the newly added code. However, this time, I don't know what happened. Any help would be appreciated, because my website looks a bit crazy at the moment. (Replied to another thread, but posting a new thread in hopes of a quick reply!)
