How do I prevent background image from cropping?

I am sure this has been asked before, but I have not been able to find a solution.

I have set the same background on full bleed for 2  different pages, on one page it is cropped and zoomed in while on the other not at all. I cannot spot any difference in the settings for the different pages. I would like the background image to not crop.  I would love it if someone could help me with this. I appreciate your help in advance.
