Background image not centered

I have a banner at the top of the homepage (satnadwithukraine) I would like the Ukrainian flag in the backgound but the image placed there (attahced this this post) does not centre and only shows the yellow portion of the flag. Any ideas?

The issue is that the first page section of a page is treated specially. It basically starts at the top of the viewport, where the header starts and then comes down past the header. This is so the background image can be used for transparent headers as a background.

In your case you are using a solid header so the top part of your image is being covered.
