Make image full size in height

Hi, 

I would like to make this image full height, I have managed to code the top of it but it wont sit flush on the bottom. I normally do this a different way than placing an image on top, however, I also wanted to have the gold gradient too on the left hand side. 

Please can you help me make it full size in height so it sits flush on the bottom too?

Hi,

It doesn't seem to work and makes it worse. 

I have fixed this just by adding 'bottom: -50px;'
