Pull tags and categories from multiple galleries in Summary Blocks

This isn't possible with Squarespace alone, but you can combine collections by using third party code like the Sync Collections JSON plugin.

However, I don't recommend adding so many images to a single page unless you are using lazy loading to prevent them loading all at once. The page you've linked above is already enormous (containing over 38MB of images) and takes over 7 seconds to load on the fastest of connections.

Also, you may want to take a look at the site on a typical laptop because there are some issues with the header. I hope that helps.
