Workspace Help

I created several workspace users (9) and now I cannot create anymore. It has emailed one user a blank invite. Her name does not appear in the list so I cannot resend the invite. When I try and recreate her it just sits in the  "review" step and times out. I then tried to add someone else, same thing, it just sits in the review step and never goes any further. I need to add several more employees. Help!
