Background Color Changing

Hi,

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to change my background color to white. 

When I drag my page down as if I'm refreshing, it has this purple-ish background that I want to change to white. 

It's more obvious when using it on a mobile device

See attached

I forgot to mention I want to change it all across my website. The CSS you gave me seems to only work on the home page

Could you please provide one CSS that can change all pages across my website?

Can you share link to some pages? I see homepage only
