LingSter_Games
Site URL: https://www.lingstergames.com/ Hello hive mind! I have issues with International shipping. I currently use Easyship, and though they do international shipping, I can't reflect that across to Squarespace. Squarespace only allows shipping to the US. If it's international, it's flat rate. I can't ship a box the same to Canada as well as Germany. I've lost every potential customer I had in the month of February because of international customers. In fact, I've lost 45% of my revenue due to this problem. How do I fix this so I can get customers from international sources? Link to comment

In Squarespace you can set international shipping fees based on country by creating regional shipping zones. Shipping zones are available for Flat rate and Depending on weight options. LingSter_Games
for that I would have to create a separate shipping for each country I want to ship to, and different pricing depending on weight. that's not a really nice solution. I'd have dozens of shipping options as I have many items that are of various sizes and weights. msdema 1 Link to comment
paul2009
I totally get that it's a pain. Unfortunately, Squarespace doesn't support carrier-calculated international shipping right now, so if you don't want to manually setup zones per country/area then you'll need to move to another ecommerce platform that supports more complex setups, like Shopify. LingSter_Games
it's not even that. I'd love for them to allow the external shipping places, like Easyship to fully integrate and allow them to handle the shipping to other countries. since they can do it. dewlionheart 1 Link to comment
