Is it possible to have multiple blog post blocks per page, instead of the scroll?

Hi All,

I was wondering if it is possible to give my blog page the same "look" as a gallery page? Is it possible to have multiple blog posts on a page, but instead of having them automatically stacked on top of one another, to have each individual post be a "block" or image that the reader can click on to take them to that specific page? 

As an example, the reader would visit my site and click on "Blog" at the top. They would then be taken to an "intermediary" page, where they can click on each individual blog post, rather than just having to scroll through the newer posts to get to the older posts? 
I hope this all makes sense.

Just create a standard page, name it as "Blog" >> You can add Image Blocks with link to another pages or posts
