Want To Make My Header Logo Larger Without Extending The Header Larger

Hey I would like to make the logo larger without extending the banner down. In other words make the logo larger without making the empty space larger and extending the banner down further past the header image.  I wanna get rid of that extra space that is highlighted in red and make the logo a bit larger without making the whole thing larger
