Issues with text on different browsers - text is cut off on some browsers

Hi there,

strange issue here: text is cut off on different devices or browsers.

Maybe someone knows whats happening and how to handle this.

In the pictures below you can see on the right, how the text looks on my side (tested on MacBook Pro with Safari and Chrome and on my IPhone) and on the left side is what my client is seeing on her devices...

You see the text is cut off on the top.

I tried to adjust the line height of the headlines, but what happens is, the cut just moves somewhere else. Like higher or appears on the first line of the headline --> "Sichtbar und" is beeing cut off instead of "einzigartig"

So to me it seems to be the right thing to adjust, but how can I make sure the headlines look good on all devices and browsers?

Anyone an idea how to solve this?

It all looks fine to me - exactly as it does for you.

I recommend you check which browser your client is using and crucially, which version they have. If it isn't the latest version, they should upgrade and retest because they'll see unpredictable results with older browsers.

Hi there, 

seem like the custom font CSS is not working properly on the latest Safari browser, version 15.4

Since I updated it, some of the headlines get cropped and I can’t figure out why?
How can I make the custom font work everywhere? 

On the attached pics you can see how some headlines are cropped.

Can anyone tell what’s wrong?

I'm not seeing any issues with the site on 15.4 (see below). Perhaps this user has installed something (a privacy tool or ad-blocker?) that is causing the issue?

I have an issue with heading fonts utilizing custom CSS, which are being cut off only on a few pages of my site and only on mobile. Sometimes, when refreshing, the entire word loads, but not all at once. See attached images.
