Spacing for Events Page

I would like to line all the events on the events page in the centre of the page if possible 

currently everything is aligned to the left margin

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

.eventlist-event {
  --space: 50px;
  padding-right:var(--space);
  padding-left: var(--space);
}

Change the --space value until it meets your desire
