Different Image Display Present for Desktop vs. Mobile

Hi all,

I am trying to have a different image caption setting for desktop and mobile view of one page of my website. On the desktop version, I followed a tutorial and got it working great (text on hover, and link on image), and I disabled the hover feature on mobile where it wouldn't work anyway. The problem is that the text on mobile is not over the image, obscuring both the image and the text (no bueno). I would love to have the mobile display with the image display "stacked" (where the caption is underneath), and have the link on the text instead of the image.
