Display is out of sequence in mobile

The page https://www.rjsteinberg.com/thearchive consists of 5 text blocks, and 5 image blocks showing an image representing a decade of my work." The '70s", "The '80's", 'and "The 90's" in the top row, then "The '20's" and "2011 ->" in the bottom row. That's how it's built in the version 7.0 template and how it displays on a desktop machine.

The mobile display shows "The '70's", followed by "The '20's". instead of "The '70's followed "The '80's".

How do I force the second block to be The '80's, followed by The '90s's", "The '20's" and finally "2010 ->"?

I had originally named "The '20's" "The Oughts", which I like better, but I changed it, thinking that might be the problem.

It wasn't!

You need to adjust layout a bit

Add text.image.text.button 1 - 2 - 3

Next, add a Line Block

Next...

Next add a Line BLock

Final, remove all line blocks & check again
