Home page photo becomes cropped on mobile, want to keep full photo on page

The home page of my website opens to a landscape photo of my team. When I change my website to the mobile mode it just crops it vertically so that you can not even see the full picture. Ideally, I would want to have it so the picture just becomes smaller on the mobile so you can see the full thing. Is that possible? Do I need to code something into it or is there a format option? iwdwd.com is the link to the homepage.

}
}
