How to add a button (Shop now) to the homepage banner using Hayden theme

We are hoping to add a 'Shop Now' button on the homepage banner image (ideally lower left or right corner vs the middle of the image) on the Hayden theme.

This can happen as a button directly on top of the image or even as a small overlay text box that's on the image (see screenshots attached for general idea)

Anyone know how to do this?

Are you able to add a text link? If yes, you can add it, we can give the CSS code to turn link to button

If no, let me know, we can also use JavaScript code to add button there.
