Carousel that won't slide

Hi, brand new to the circle, and not sure how to do this. I am seeing how others have a testimonials slider that slides on its own, and I created one that is supposed to do that but it absolutely refuses to.. There are 3 testimonials in it at this point, using a blog page, but it just stays on the first one
