Background Image Resize For Mobile

Hi,

I use a lot of headlines on my page to have text and links at the front with the image of the product in the background. When it goes to mobile however the image does not re adjust size to suit

Yes and also on the homepage, With the black car. These blocks are headliners with a background image and dont like right on mobile view
